Lionsgate is holding an open casting call for boy to star in "The Next Three Days" with Russel Crowe

Lionsgate and HWY61 Films is looking for a 5-to-6-year-old boy to star in a film with Russell Crowe slated to be filmed in Pittsburgh, PA.

The film, "The Next Three Days," is in need of a boy to play Russell Crowe's son. The movie will be shot in the city from late September, 2009 to December 2009.

Auditions will be held on August 8 and 9. Local parents interested in sending their son for an audition are encouraged to send an e-mail to openaudition@gmail.com or call (412) 488-2278.

Parents need to provide the child's name, date of birth and parents' name and phone number. A script, audition time and location will be sent in reply by phone or e-mail.

Parents of identical twin boys are highly encouraged to apply.
